Riding the Spokane River Centennial Trail
This is a 39-mile asphalt trail from
Spokane east to the
Washington/Idaho State line. It continues into Idaho
through Coeur d'Alene to the lake area, another 22 miles
or more. On the Idaho side, the trail name is North
Idaho Centennial Trail
Riding on the river is always interesting, always beautiful.
Because our time was limited, we only rode a few miles
on the eastern part of this trail. We thoroughly enjoyed
it, and wished we could stay another day to ride
all the way in to Spokane. Oh well, that's another trip!
