Bicycling Beside the Cape Cod Canal
This is, of course, not a rail trail but 8-mile service
roads on each side of the Cape Cod Canal. These roads are for authorized canal
vehicles; however, bicycling, walking, and other non-motorized uses are allowed.
We rode on the Cape Cod side and thoroughly enjoyed it. If you are in the area
with your bikes, be sure to make a side trip to ride one or both of these
trails.
